Yohnka\, Director of Communications and Public Policy for ACLU of Illinois\, who will discuss the most pressing civil liberties issues of the day. \nThere will be time for audience Q & A. Serving as a primary spokesperson for the civil rights advocacy organization\, he appears regularly on television and radio programs in Illinois and throughout the Nation.
