Join Women On The Brink: Elgin Area and the YWCA Elgin on Tuesday, October 19th from 6:30 – 8 pm for a forum discussing Elgin’s Children in Poverty: Awareness and Advocacy.
During this event, local leaders and experts will discuss the effects of poverty on women and its impact on our community, especially children.
