The League of Women Voters of the Palatine, Barrington and Schaumburg Areas and Schaumburg Library will host Professor Steven Schwinn from U of I Chicago. He will discuss the current state of the balance of power between the three branches of the federal government. Professor Schwinn is an expert in Constitutional Law.
