The LWVEA Voter Services Committee is working to coordinate 15 Candidate Forums for upcoming contested races in the Consolidated Election.

As arrangements are finalized, these virtual forums will be made available on the LWVEA YouTube channel. Check back for updates or subscribe to our YouTube channel.

The committee will be inviting candidates on the ballot for the following races:

Dundee Township:

• Supervisor (1 seat):   2 candidates
• Highway Commissioner (1 seat):  2 candidates
• Trustee (4 seats):  7 candidates

Elgin Township:

• Supervisor (1 seat):   2 candidates
• Highway Commissioner (1 seat):  2 candidates
• Trustee (4 seats):  7 candidates

City of Elgin:   

• Councilmember (4 seats):     11 candidates

East Dundee:   

• Village President (1 seat):    2 candidates

South Elgin: 

• Trustee (3 seats):    5 candidates

West Dundee:  

• Village President (1 seat):    2 candidates
• Trustee (3 seats):  5 candidates

Gail Borden Library:

• Trustees (3 seats):    4 candidates

School District U-46:  

• Board (3 seats):    4 candidates

School District 300:  

• Board (3 seats):    7 candidates

Elgin Community College:

• Trustee (2 seats):    4 candidates
