Questionnaire Responses from 2024 General Primary Election Candidates

  The General Primary Election is March 19, 2024. Early voting at permanent sites starts March 4.   The League of Women Voters of the Elgin Area invited candidates in contested races in the primary election to participate in a Meet the Candidates Night at 7:00 pm on February 29th, to be held at the Gail Borden Library.  The event was cancelled due to insufficient candidate response.  LWV policy prohibits forums where only one candidate for office participates.   See links to candidate statements below.  Click on candidate names in blue to view their questionnaire responses. If you wish to have your information included in the Voter Guide and/or participate in the Meet the Candidate Nights, please complete this questionnaire as soon as possible.  Responses will be posted on the LWV Elgin Area website.
