Why are you seeking this position?
I firmly believe in the power of dedicated, community and most importantly listening to hard working families in Elgin are key to making a difference.
What experience and background do you have which qualifies you for this position?
I have proudly called Elgin Home for the last 30 yrs. I’m a union laborer dedicated blue collar worker and family man. I understand the unique challenges that the hard working families face on a daily basis and have been civically engaged with several non profits. I am president and one of the founders of Friends Of Masons 501(c)3 , held past leadership roles in the oldest fraternal organization that helped shape Elgins history since the 1800’s among other various volunteer activities throughout the city. Additionally I am a small business owner right here in Elgin.
What will be your highest priorities if elected?
Fiscal responsibility and transparency on the use of taxpayer dollars when it comes down to Infrastructure improvements etc.
