Kane County Board District (21)
1. Why are you seeking this position?
To be the voice of the taxpayers of Northern Kane County. From my experience going door to door people feel disengaged and neglected in northern Kane County. I want to remedy this situation by representing their interests.
2. What experience and background do you have which qualifies you for this position?
I have been a certified Nurse Case Manager at the Bureau of Health Services Cook County Stroger and Provident hospitals.. In this role I was entrusted that taxpayer dollars weren’t under or over utilized.I also have experience in negotiations, collective bargaining and budgets.I oversaw a staff of unionized nurses and ancillary staff.
3. What will be your greatest challenge if elected?
I think the greatest challenge is providing quality services to the people of Kane County with limited financial resources and budget constraints.
