POSITION FOR WHICH YOU ARE A CANDIDATE:
Elgin Township Trustee
1. Why are you seeking this position?
I wish to continue expanding additional programs to the citizens of Elgin Township while continuing to Partner with local social service agencies. I also want to continue bringing a conservative voice to this Board to keep Levies and overhead low.
2. What experience and background do you have which qualifies you for this position?
I have served the citizens of the Township as a Trustee for 5 terms as conservative voice and have created sucessful programs that are used today. I am also a small Business owner , Past President of Township Officials of Kane County, and a current Elected Precint Committee Woman.
3. What will be your greatest challenge if elected?
Educating the citizens of the Township on the roles and benefits of this form of Government, especially the closeness and connections with the citizens and to those in need during this time of Illinois State budget shortfalls.
