Rutland Township Assessor

1.  Why are you seeking this position?

I want to continue to offer my assessing knowledge and experience to the residents of Rutland Township. I will continue to provide the service that taxpayers have come to expect.

2.  What experience and background do you have which qualifies you for this position?

I have been in Assessing for 23 years. Twenty of those years as Rutland Township Assessor. I have also worked in Campton and Burlington Townships as a Deputy Assessor. I have over 560 hours of continuing education through the Illinois Dept. of Revenue, Illinois Property Assessing Institute, International Assoc. of Assessing Officers, Township Officials of Illinois, several private workshops, and a Paralegal degree from ECC.

3.  What will be your greatest challenge if elected?

The challenges are many for a part time position but Rutland Township is the fastest growing township in the County and all of the new construction in the township continues to be the biggest challenge I face.
