POSITION FOR WHICH YOU ARE A CANDIDATE:

Candidate for Highway Commissioner (Primary on 2/28/2017)

1.  Why are you seeking this position?

I am seeking this position to help bring a fresh perspective to the Highway Department.This office has been held by the same person for 20 years. I believe it is time for “Fresh Blood” I will work openly and honestly with the township officials and community to move forward in creating a budget and plan to make our roads safe while freezing taxes and negotiating other means to accomplish our goals.

I want to help Illinois overcome the financial disaster of mismanagement that has caused our great state to rank last in many areas such as economy, healthcare and education.

2.  What experience and background do you have which qualifies you for this position?

The background that qualifies me for this position stems from my 30 + years of business development as a consultant for large corporations building satellite communication networks. My most recent passion has been helping our planet by saving energy. I have 3 yrs experience in this area, converting large corporations and businesses to high efficiency lighting retrofits.

Consolidation and collaboration expertise will help me navigate the position I am seeking!

3.  What will be your greatest challenge if elected?

If elected, I know I will face challenges but I am looking forward to conquering them head on with a positive attitude and open mind, one at a time. I am looking forward to working with both parties to make our community a thriving township.

Changes I would like to help implement will be ;
1) Freeze Taxes ( Support the Kane County Referendum))
2) Term Limits ( End career politicians)
3) Stop Nepotism/ Cronyism (No family member appointments)
